Default Realtor and mortgage advice for Brecksville area?
Hi there,

My husband and I are in the process of moving to the Brecksville area, and are looking for recommendations for a good buying realtor. We're specifically interested in Brecksville, Peninsula, and perhaps Hudson. Who would you suggest and why?

Also, any input on where folks have been finding the best interest rates lately? We're looking for a standard 30-year fixed rate.
