ctownplayer is on a distinguished road
Default might be coming back to cleveland.

i am having very bad financial difficulties and i am extremely poor (i am below the poverty line) and may be moving back to cleveland. the only areas i can afford are 105th or st. clair in eastide cleveland or hayden in east cleveland. this may be a dumb question, but which of those is my best bet, are there any safer alternatives? i used to live on st. clair, so this is nothing new, i just wish i didn't have to deal with the ghetto. i would like to be in a nice area for once.

St. Clair and 105th and Hayden in East Cleveland are about equally bad.

If youre as poor as you say I doubt that you will be able to move to any nice areas around Cleveland. The home prices in most of the area have fallen a lot though. Maybe try Euclid or the westside if you are looking for something a little better.

I am not sure if you are looking for Section 8, but I overheard a woman at the deli talking to several landlords in South Euclid and Euclid about some 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for a Section 8 client of hers. You really should look into those areas if at all possible.
