We are definitely considering renting it. We are asking for $1650, which will include all the association services including lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and exterior maintenance, access to the community tennis courts, pool, gym and the ability to rent the golf course party room. I will have a property management firm to fix any problems that might come up, although it is only a 4 1/2 year old condo so things should remain stable. You can see pictures at
