Quality Daycare on the west side (Westlake: credit, day care, school)

Hi,

I am moving to the west side of cleveland and wanted to know about good day care in suburbs like westlake and surrounding areas for a two year old. There did not seem to be too many NAEYC accredited and ohio's step up to quality rated daycare centers around......

I am a childcare professional and in my opinion, the best childcare you can send your child to in Westlake is the Goddard School, but it's very pricey. Before you send your 2 year old anywhere, you should go on the ohio.gov website and take a look at the childcare inspections for childcares in that area. How many stars the center has, etc. are posted on the site. Look for only centers with perfect or near perfect inspections. If the center has anything marked in red on it's inspection, do not send your child there, as this indicates the center was out of compliance on something considered a major safety issue by the state.
