Hello - are there any residents of The Marloes Apartments (1874 Marloes Avenue, East Cleveland) or any nearby residents who'd like to give an opinion about the apartments or the neighborhood? (general condition, safety, crime, etc.) Thanks

East Cleveland is a pretty bad area. If you can afford it, look elsewhere.
