Yeah, Mayfield Road has been on construction pretty much since the city was founded. One thing the OP should consider.

I never really knew the difference between Mayfield Heights and neighboring Highland Heights and Mayfield Village until recently. They all share a school district, but Highland Heights and Mayfield Village are much more residential in character.

Snow won't be a huge problem, but we are talking about the edge of the snow belt. There will be some days where school isn't called off, but snow is bad enough that traffic will be crawling along on the freeway. It won't be an every day occurrence during the winter, but it will happen a few times.

Also, do you know of any complexes in Downtown Willoughby?
idk of any proper apt complexes in downtown Willoughby. There are some apts above the stores downtown, but there aren't a lot and they are desirable and go quickly.

There ARE lots of apt buildings in the Coventry/Cleve Hts area tho and it is a great little area. The problem w/ that area tho is that freeway access is not close, and depending on traffic, your commute can vary greatly.

Sometimes it would take me longer to get from Cleve Hts to Mentor than when I lived in Ohio City, which is on the West side of Cleveland.
