It's considered a wealthy eastside suburb. Depends on what type of lifestyle you're looking for...it is a ways away from the city core- But is considered a very nice area with amazing homes.

Wiki breaks it down ok Moreland Hills, Ohio - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, and I bet this site has some info.

Basically about 3000 residents, with an average income of about $120,000. It's also in the Orange City School System which is generally considered above average for the area.
