New, Developing Areas in Cleveland?
Looking to move to Cleveland area... We've checked out the Hudson, Aurora, Twinsburg areas very briefly on a few trips to the Cleveland area & found them to be very nice. My only concern is, coming from a very new, relatively BOOMING area of Pgh, everything is NEW. We have thousands of chain stores - Starbucks, Target, Kohls, Babies R Us, NY&Co, Gymboree, etc in new shopping plazas everywhere right at our fingertips. Can you steer me to an area that this describes in the Cleveland area? (Keeping in mind that I'm looking for a family friendly area with good school districts)
Thanks - I appreciate any suggestions!

Strongsville, maybe North Olmsted if want a little cheaper. Avon/Avon Lake/Westlake are nice, but soooo expensive.

North Ridgeville, Avon, and Avon Lake have all grown a lot and are all very new.
Westlake, North Olmsted, and Strongsville are very new but their population has stayed about the same since 2000.
I'll post the new Ohio growth chart in here when I find it. It should help out a lot.

Strongsville and Westlake are west side suburbs with good schools and lots of shopping.

Here's a map I found on that. The ones in the pink and the blue will be the newest and growing areas:
