If a crazy economic tornado picked you, your wife, and your dog up, spun you around, shook you til you were nearly broke, and then dropped you in Cleveland with a good professional income, where would you rent an apartment?

Tremont and Ohio City are generally dog-friendly. Depends on what type of neighborhood you're looking for. Can you be more specific? Do you want quiet or nightlife or coffee shops or freeway access or public transportation. also, will you be working downtown??
