I was born and grew up in Canton, dad lived in Lakewood, and Cleveland was a huge part of our lives in the day.
Lawsons!! Are you kidding? My brother who now lives in Georgia and I would walk more than a mile for Lawsons Chip Dip by the pound served up "deli style". Huge fan of Superhost, (the old Convoy skit!!), Big Chuck, Houlihan, Lil John and the Ghoul was an icon!! I was looking up Mr. Jingaling when I stumbled on this site. Living in Denver I am CONSTANTLY reminded of "the drive" when people hear I am from Ohio. But the one thing I find it very hard to explain to my husband here and to my grandkids back in Ohio.....the legend of Parma Socks and WMMS "the home of the Buzzard" and going to Jamaica with Jeff and Flash!!........Thanks for the flashback ![]() |
