2010 NFL draft suggestion for Browns Tim Tebow
Tim Tebow.
If you saw the way he inspired his teammates in the tough game vs Tennessee, you would know what Browns have been missing in their locker room.
Bottom line, Tebow can at least give the Brown several running yards.
Strafford from Georgia already rejuvenated Lion a little bit. Browns should seriously consider drafting a QB. When there are problems on every position, start fixing the problem from QB.

While I like Tebow for the reasons you mentioned, he is not going to be drafted as the 1st QB b/c too many experts think Bradford or McCoy are better "NFL-type" prospects than he is, which they may be right, but it's tough to argue w/Tebow's track record as a leader/winner. And the Browns appear to be headed for yet again the 1st overall pick as I will be shocked if they win more than 3 games - in fact, they only have 3 winnable games as I see it on their schedule, which all 3 they could very well lose. @Detroit, @KC & Oakland - I'm calling a 1-15 season.

Tebow will go 2nd or 3rd round next year. If they can get him 3rd round...I wouldn't be opposed to it.
Tebow is just not an NFL QB....College HOFer? Yes.

Let's talk about passing.
Tim Tebow: Future UFL Star or NFL Back-Up? | Bleacher Report
"Where do we start? Tebow has three Bowl Championships, including two of the last three BCS Titles. Not impressed?
In 2007, Tebow put up 3,286 yards passing and 32 touchdowns to only six interceptions, while also running 210 times for 895 yards and another 23 touchdowns.
Tebow followed up that impressive sophomore season with 2,747 yards passing, 30 touchdowns to only four interceptions, while rushing for 673 yards and 12 touchdowns off of 176 carries.
Again, in comparison with other NFL star quarterbacks (we'll go with Eli Manning), Tebow measures up quite well.
In four seasons at Ole Miss, Manning only topped 30 touchdown passes once, and while he beats Tebow in yardage, ony had a career completion percentage of 60 percent, while offering very little in the athleticism department."

You could put Joe Montana in his prime on this team and it would only make them marginally better. There are just way too many holes to patch to even consider wasting a draft pick on a supposed marquee QB who is just going to get his clock cleaned every time he holds the ball for longer than 3 seconds.

Well, defensive lineman/tightend can not be fixed by first round draft. I do know teams get improved a lot by just adding good QB:
inianapolis
New york jets/giant
Tennessee
Minnesota Viking
Baltimore
Atalanta
New Orland
... ...
And I also know teams get sunk by bad QB:
Cleveland
Detroit with old QB
Tennessee with vincent Young
Atalanta with Vick
Only exception is Pittsburgh: They stole super bowl this year because of their defense, not offense.

What?!
The Browns are being sunk by a bad overall team. Our offense can't score and our defense is being shredded. The QB situation is about 5% of the issue.
Detroit still sucks. Winning one game against another bad team means little.
Vince Young never really played yet.
Vick was one of the better QBs in the league before he got into trouble.
Insinuating that Roethlisberger had no role in the last Super Bowl victory is patently absurd.
---
Do yourself a favor and learn something about football, dude. Jeez, you say that the Jets and the Vikings just improved themsleves by adding a good QB --- The Vikings current QB (Favre) was the Jets QB last year. So, how did the Jets improve themselves by replacing one good QB with another?

it's not the qb situation. we have gotten the top qbs over and over... You need the rest of the team to show up..... Anybody think that they will score a touchdown this weekend?

Yes, I think they will. The Cincy D isn't very good. Then again, neither is our offense...
