Jacksonville is the largest city in the U.S. state of Florida, and is the county seat of Duval County.[4] Since 1968, as a result of the consolidation of the city and county government, and a corresponding expansion of the city limits to include almost the entire county, Jacksonville became the largest city in land area in the contiguous United States. I've been a big supporter of regionalism since the discussion first began...but suburbanites who like being in Cleveland but not actually IN Cleveland will never go for this. They'd rather combine with similar suburbs than for the entire county/city to collaborate. they like the big city association with their suburban identity, they'll never give that up...not to inherit Cleveland's problems. Even though they kind of already have on a smaller yet increasingly bigger scale...

Try Same township (?) The break down of land divisions is , As an example,
are Brooklyn township , Now parts are in the City Proper, The City of Brooklyn , Rockport Township includes Lakewood , and the southern portions that are now in The City of Cleveland , each area of a township
had to be voted by the residents that they wanted to became part of a
Incorparated goverment , Rocky River , is part of Rockport township ect.
Westlake is Original Dover Township ect. The rules of English land divison was a township would be a 6 square mile area , however in the Western Reserve , It was a 5 square mile, That said , The City of Parma is almost
all of the Original Township ( Parma) except , The City of Brooklyn Hts.
North Royalton , is the Original Township , so is Srongsville , Broadview Hts, and Brecksville , Can be in the original Township of Independence
well , I am sure I bored a few here , However , City lines , ect is what
I know ,
