I used to live at Willoughby Hills Towers about 10 years ago. It was owned by a different company then. I was up on the 9th floor of the back building, facing the pool. I really liked the extra large slider in the main living area, since it gave a ton of light. Problem was that you had to provide your own blinds, which could only be white or cream. Big expense for that window!
My problem with the building was this...the elevators reeked of urine and cigarette butts littered the floor. It seemed like it got dirtier in the 2 years I lived there. Plus they raised their price every year and it was a pain to argue about it.
