It will work itself out, rather than an insurance issue, it is a pathetic commentary on our so-called government. Of course, if you want to start building now, you might be in a bind, I guess. How is that for an anti-stimulus package?? Brother!

My guess is that the only way it wouldn't lapse would be if it directly affected our wonderful elected officials. Doesn't affect them, so they don't give a damn. Must be Bush's fault!
