It will work itself out, rather than an insurance issue, it is a pathetic commentary on our so-called government. Of course, if you want to start building now, you might be in a bind, I guess. How is that for an anti-stimulus package?? Brother!

Flood Program was approved today, but it's no good until the President signs it. What a mess!!!!!

A-Men to that. It's inconceivable to me that the Fed. Gov has allowed it to lapse so many times. It shows the power and the whim of an administration and Congress

My guess is that the only way it wouldn't lapse would be if it directly affected our wonderful elected officials. Doesn't affect them, so they don't give a damn. Must be Bush's fault!
