Thanks! This place looks awesome. We have a shopping center like that here in Columbus, so I am glad to see there is something comparable there.

I'm also moving to Wilmington soon...looking for a good, safe, quiet neighborhood...preferably a townhouse or condo...please help!

I would say mayfair number one choice!!!!! Nothing beats it and the noise is not an issue they have police officers that live there.im thinking about renting my daughter a unit there. She lives at avalon apts now that are about 1000 a month which includes everything. But now i am looking for a dependable room mate for her in a safe neighborhood.
