Looks like its gonna get more and more expensive to own at the coast.

Gotta love how the developers use the excuse... "Well, these newer building codes will make housing unaffordable!"

When in reality, they are worried about it cutting into their profit margins, and are causing everyone's flood insurance rates to go up because of it.
