Any recommendations on apartments in Wilminington in the 275-300k range. I have a friend who is looking for something nice with some amenities.

Look in craigslist.com and apartments.com . Also the newspaper wilmingtonstar.com.

A few great websites are wilmington.craigslist.org, wilmrealty.com, wilmingtonlongtermrentals.com, or the newspaper. Good luck! I was looking for a few months and was able to find some great places to live!
