From the NWS on Monday morning:
TUESDAY...SUNNY AND WINDY. HIGHS IN THE MIDDLE 30S. NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

TUESDAY NIGHT...CLEAR AND WINDY. LOWS AROUND 19...EXCEPT IN THE
LOWER 20S NEAR THE BEACHES. NORTHWEST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH. GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH IN THE EVENING.

Maybe I should post this weather forecast in the nude beach forum.

Yep, tis a bit nippy, that's for sure...but I'm grateful not to be buried under piles of snow and ice...wonder if we'll get any of the white stuff this year?

Last year's brief snowfall was so pretty here on the coast. Anyone see the great photo's in December's Our State magazine? Gorgeous.

The Old Farmer's Alamanac had predicted a colder than normal winter for the Southeast region this year..guess they were spot on so far.

Default Beach weather ??

Nippy? I'd say so ... just got home from the market at 4:45 pm here a bit north of Hendersonville ... and the car thermometer reads, (hang on now...) 17 degrees !!!!

And the wind chill factor on the tip of my nose was about 10 below zero.

Aint' much better at the beach I'd say. Hot chocolate and a warm quilt.

The weather forecast I've been told
Here on the coast, it's pretty dang cold

And the chilly wind, she does blow
But one good thing for you to know

It's always pretty nice
Where there's no black ice
