Hello all, I hope I'm not beating a dead horse here. I did a search, but didn't come up with much. My husband and I are being relocated to Camp Lejeune and are looking for a real estate agent. We are looking to buy in Richlands. Anyone have someone they highly recommend? Thanks for any help!

What price range are you looking? Killis Hills S/D has alot of new 3/2 homes they were bldg there, there are alot of new Craftsman style homes being built out on Frankst?n rd, I would shy away from Asbury Park unless you like a neighbor living within 8ft of you...Cameilla Creek S/D is nice, alot of nice new construction out Blue Creek rd, and Pony Farm Rd...those last two areas may have Richlands address and schools, but they are mins to Jacksonville...Hope that helps..

Realtor recommendations aren't allowed on the open forum; however, several good ones are members here and you can find their names by reading through some of the threads. Alternately, people are welcome to DM their suggestions.
