Headed offshore Sat and we got to NW places about 10 miles offshore had to turn back seas were about 6 to seven foot so we looked for some action just off Atlantic beach. Found a shrimp boat and fell in behind it to see what we could catch. Started catching Spinner sharks all about six foot some went close to 8. I have never seen such a high concentration of large sharks this close to the beach. I mean there was hundreds of them, Im not trying to scare anyone, I personally swim around them all the time, and to tell the truth so does every one else with out knowing it, but I would use caution with this many It made me more careful with my kids in the wATER..
It's very common this time of year. In fact, shark fishing behind a shrimper is so common and so productive that fly fishing for them has become easy: Click Here (http://www.ncwaterman.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=38641&PN=1 - broken link)
