I can't tell you specifically about people ages in Springmill Planation. However, you should be able to observe people walking around, kids' toys on the lawn, etc. Frankly I expect they will be seniors or families. The average age in Calabash is 55.4 years old, so that means a lot of retirees.

For a place to stay there are numerous chain motels alon 17 in Little River and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. There is only one modest motel near the beach at Sunset Beach. If you want to splurge there are resorts on the beach in North Myrtle, eg the Prince Resort and the Wyndham Resort.

Depending on your reason for looking at Calabash, you might be happier in Little River or North Myrtle, as there is lots more going on for singles.

Default Spring Mill Plantation

Spring Mill Plantation and quality of homes being built in Calabash, NC. Any problems with construction and how did the builder respond if at all. Doing some research before we move.

Thank You
