Hi, I'm looking for a one bedroom but will take a two bedroom in Greenville. I would rather rent from a private owner because I don't have the best of credit I am a student a PCC and I do have a very stable income now, so if you can assist me please contact me. I'm looking to move in ASAP

I agree. Either Craigslist or the classifieds in the Daily Reflector would be your best bet. Most apartments in Greenville are owned by companies. But I would try to rent from a company anyway, and see what they say. They might take you as long as your credit isn't terrible and you have a steady job where you can provide a pay stub.
