My parents live in Southport and as they are getting up in age and can no longer drive, we have decided it is time for us to head south, something we have definitely been tossing around for a long while. I have been traveling down since 1989 so I know the area pretty well.
Worried though about hubby finding work down there. Wondering what some of the bigger companies are down there with either supervisor positions, he has also worked as a long haul trucker in the past and currently holds his CDL license along with hazmat training.
Also, any leads on long term rentals in the area of Southport or Oak Island. Will consider Boiling Springs too.
