Where To go? Need Opinions (Wilmington, Nags Head: shops, beach, places to eat)

Time to plan another trip and I need some suggestions/opinions.I've got a few places to consider.I went to Atlantic Beach last year based on the recommendations you guys gave and had a blast.Wasn't very big crowds and the beaches were not packed at all. I prefer it to be family oriented if possible.If I'm missing a pace you think is just as good or better,please let me know.

1. Duck
2. Corolla
3. Nags Head
4. Topsail

Topsail, we like and try to go every year. We stay in Surf City on the ocean and can walk to resturants and shops. Not commerailized as the other places, 7or 8 places to eat / maybe a doz. shops / less people.

Sounds like my kind of place. I am not a big crowd person. Would be close to Wilmington to do some other things which is a plus.
