Default Taking a poll on the best beach vacation spots in North carolina .

HI I am looking to rent a big vacation beach house for my next vacation for a couple of families . I am trying to find out the best beach with lots of restaurants and activities for the kids preferably ocean front .. . I am new to North Carolina, so I am clueless !!

Corolla at the Outer Banks. Rent something in Pine Island. It is beautiful there.

I would also say outer banks. There tend to be lots and lots of big houses, great for multiple families, plus there is a lot to do there. We used to go there because it is equal distance from raleigh and DC. It takes about 4 1/2 to 5 hours from raleigh.

Lots of different places there, from kill devil hills, duck, corolla, nags head.

It actually takes me about 4 hours to the Duck area of the Outer Banks. It isso worth the drive
