Hi. We are looking for a campground along the north Carolina coast with a pool? Looking to be as close to the beach as possible. Anyone have any recommendations for campgrounds with electric and water hookup near the beach? Thanks!

There is one in Emerald Isle that is right on the ocean. I'm not sure of the name or if they have a pool.

Cape Hatteras KOA in Rodanthe is great. On the beach with plenty of activities for the kids, incl 2 pools. We really like it there since they allows dogs in the cabins and on the beach.

Check KOA, I stayed at the one in New Bern. Very nice, small pool that was full of kids but it did have adults only hours too.
