I am really wanting to relocate to North Carolina. I want to be close to the water (as close as possible). I would also like to be close to the VA border. The problem I am having is I would like to have Condo or a Townhome. I have been unable to find that. I would appreciate any information anyone may have. I would also to get some opinions on the living conditions there ie. the people, the roadways, the government, the cost of living, and the job availability. I am a single woman with no children relocating with me. I really love what Ihave seen of North Carolina Coast. Is there something I should really be concerned about.
