Try Chop's Deli in downtown Wilmington for lunch. It is awesome! Causeway Cafe in Wrightsville Beach also has an excellent breakfast, but be prepared to wait unless you get there early.

My husband and I LOVE K38, a mexican restaurant. There is one on Oleander. Another good place off Eastwood on the way to Wrightsville Beach is Sweet and Savory. They serve breakfast/lunch/dinner.
