What do they do that you find objectionable? Other than accidentially get in your house occassionally?

Yellow Jackets AKA Ground Bees will chase you. They are terrible. The sting feels like a constant throbbing pain. The mosquitos are terrible as well. People who move here from places such as California always make comments about how the bugs in NC are just plain terrible.

Mosquitos are the worst this year in recent memory. Dare County where I live is having a plane fly over tonight to try and kill the mosquitos for the third time in 3 weeks. When I walk out to my car I get at least 5 bites. Its terrible. Look at an article this past week in the Newsobserver online newspaper where experts are saying the mosquitos are the worst some experts have ever seen anywhere. Thats not my quote thats what the experts are saying. My wife went to walk the dog this afternoon and they swarmed on my dog and they ran back home right away. We have had HS football games cancelled because of the plane flyovers dropping pesticide to kill the mosquitos. It may seem like something to chuckle about but the bugs have been terrible. Bad enough where I'd move.

If you want to experience "Hell" go hang in the Pamlico county woods around Florence in September. Even with your body covered in deep woods off you will find yourself going crazy pretty quick.
