No!!!! She was not. Now, on the other side she is a joke. Understand that the state has limits. The drilling would mainly take place in deep waters. Which fall under the federal controls.

Yeah this is some really blatant and quite shameful pandering. Fluctuations from commodities speculation aside oil prices aren't going to get to the point where it's economically feasible to explore off the eastern continental shelf for years and by then we'll be burning tar sands everywhere imaginable and threatening war with China over extraction rights in Africa.
