They come from….

All summer people asked, “where/how do you get your turtles?” Usually the turtles find us, with a lot of help. Over the years they’ve arrived by land, sea and air. They’ve come from up and down the Atlantic Coast and even from the UK (remember Willy?). Standing in our little building, looking at tanks crammed wall-to-wall with recuperating critters makes you wonder if there’s some kind of turtle “kelpvine” for passing along directions to our place. I know if I were an injured or sick sea turtle I’d want to come here.
