Re sea level rise and global warming, I typically rely on information from the scientist at NOAA as I feel they offer the most non-biased viewpoint on these somewhat controversial subjects.

Let me see. You are correct. The boys and girls in Raleigh have become to use to get money for nothing programs. That is one more reason that we should move forward with letting it be up to those who insure it. Pull the government out of that part of it.
