DH being transferred to Greenville after first of the year. We have a 1st grader and a pre-k student.

I have searched these forums and would love to hear current opinions about pitt schools. Not encouraged about any area schools based on greatschools, schooldigger and state rankings. I prefer public schools but am willing to consider private. Can anyone comment on the reputation of Oakwood, St. Peters and Parrot Academy?
Did I read somewhere that they are implementing a school choice program for the next term?

We are also considering commuting from Wilson. Would have to see the area before committing. Is Wilson a nice place to live?

Thanks in advance!
