One of the many Wilmington festivals we enjoy most is Riverfest, which is coming up in October Wilmington Riverfest. Lots of vendors with arts and crafts, a huge selection of street food vendors and many activities for the kids and adults alike including music, fireworks, the whole shabang! It is just a great time for all and so much fun. It is right downtown along the riverfront. We highly recommend it if you haven't been.

Thanks for the heads up, thecaptainsmate.

This is why I wanted a list of festivals on here. It's easier to click a link and see it than look in the yellow pages as was suggested.

Maybe we can create a list and get it pinned. Liz

There's also a nice list in the Currents in the newspaper today of everything coming up and the dates for anyone who wants a nice paper copy reminder.Again......it's all in what you want. After you're here a few years, you don't even need a list-you remember automatically.

Paper copy is fine but some of us want to see the internet version. Clickable links make it easy to see updated info that the paper copy doesn't provide. Liz
