Cool Coastal Town

Hi! We just purchased a home near Oak Island in the town of Southport I love the coast of North Carolina. We have ,in the past, had a beach property in Florida but enjoy the NC coast much more. You are younger than we are so your needs will probably be different. If you are looking for lots to do, the Wilmington -Wrightsville Beach area will be the place for you but prices are higher. If you want a slower pace Southport is a great little town . Prices are better and it is starting to develope in the areas of Oak Island and Holden Beach It's just 30minute drive to Wilmington and 30 minutes the other way to Myrtle Beach. If you'd like some more info let me know, also since we just bought down there and I am also in real estate I can hook you up with a good Realtor to help you make a wise decision. Nancy
