Default River Sea

I live in River Sea Plantation, in one of the SFH. There are about 25 (+) homes that are built and occupied right now. The neighborhood has over 500 buildable lots.

We really like it here. There are a few new houses that will be started soon. The houses that have been for sale are Cardinal Builders' model homes, but they have been sold to an investor (I think).

One thing about our location is that we are very close to Route 17 to head either north to Wilmington or south to MB, and then we are 15 miles from Southport, 10 from Holden Beach. We have a river that runs thru our neighborhood and we launch our kayaks from the neighborhood dock/ramp.

I found this web site to be somewhat helpful-
Brunswick County NC Real Estate | Ocean Isle Beach | Carolina Plantations

It does let you know about amenities, #of houses built etc.

Just a quick thumbnail sketch.

I agree Sunset Beach is lovely. Thought I'd miss that old swing bridge, but that new bridge is great!

Arbor Creek in Southport has a homeowners association website which reports they are fully amenitized. The also have aerial photos showing a clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. The lots in the photos are mostly built up. Also neat picture of garden plots and a 4th of July bike parade. Their map dated 2003 shows a total of 270 planned lots, so it's fairly small. See web site here: Arbor Creek Home Owners Association
