Of the ones listed, I've only been into Governours Square. The apartments have decent reviews, but I felt they were old and not very well maintained. They had a musty smell to them. Chateau Terrace seems nice from the outside, but it's bordering a not so great area of town.

I have not been in the apartments, but I think Birchwood Park has the better location. (Note, the address on the reviews is wrong. It is north of Market St, near Kerr. The correct address is 4395 Birchwood Dr.)

The Colonial Parke one was near the auto mall strip on New Center Drive. Great for buying a car, but I'd have to see whether it was quiet enough to live nearby.

Thank you both very much, yes I like the Birchwood Park area allot, they seems a tad smaller than the others. But I like the tennis court and the side walk all round the place for jogging. Location is nice too. Not sure if you would hear the traffic from Market street or not? Please if you know of any other apartments that would be worth looking at. I can afford 650 a month. I have used all the online searches. Kinda of funny as I have used google street view so much, begining to know Wilmington streets better than I know mine here after 30 yeaers of living here. Thank You

Other than the $650 a month, what are you looking for in an apartment? Is there a specific area you would like to be in?
