Wilmington one-day visit
The wife and 30 mo toddler and I are considering a day trip to Wilmington this Saturday. We will likely not be going back before we move away from NC (permanently) in June 2013. What are the unique, can't-miss attractions? We have little interest in going to the beach.

I would suggest the Battleship North Carolina, but I am not sure they would allow a child that young to board. Maybe the Fort Fisher Ferry?

I'd have to go with the U.S.S. North Carolina too. They even cater kiddie birthday parties now. How cool is that!
