We will move to Greenville next summer and I am starting to look for an apt. We will be there for only one year. We are looking for something within walking distance (2-3 miles) from the hospital. We prefer something that is in a rather big complex, that is well managed with maintenance. We have 2 toddlers, so we need a 3 BR place.

Any suggestions?

Treybrooke is the only one in town that I can recommend for an adult or a family. It is very close to the hospital. All the rest are dominated by college students or low lifes.

thanks. I know Treybrooke doesn'T offer 3 BR apt.

ALso, since there seems to be only a few complex around the hospital, should I just try and find my apt by myself or is the use of an agent preferable?

Thnx
