Hello - Reviving the thread because there was a question about Riversea Plantation. I saw the official website selling lots at $80K to $115K. I though that was enormously overpriced for the amenities and location. There are many more lots on the resale market from $18K to $50K.

My questions: Are there any more new homes being built? Is there a closer grocery store than the one in Holden Beach (5 miles away)? Do you see other commercial development nearby.

Yes, we have several new homes being built; one is next door to me. As of right now there are still the same grocery stores that were there before, nothing new. There is a new McDonald's at 17 and 211 and a Bojangles being built on the other corner of 17 and 211. There was to be a new shopping center at the 3rd corner of 17 and 211, but construction has been delayed (not sure why).
