I don't have personal experience with any of these attorneys, but I researched them enough to know that they specialize in either estates or elder law, and that I would be willing to talk to them. They are all in Wilmington. In no particular order: 1. Andrew Olsen at

As far as an elder mediator, I'd see if the county has any elder service referral services. This might help:
