Hello Folks,

My husband and I visited the Wilmington/Leland area a couple of years ago and are interested in taking another quick pass through in a few weeks. We don't want to get tangled with realtors on this trip, or at least not initially. When we were there last, Brunswick Forest was not a gated community. Is that still the case?

Can we drive in and take another look at the community on our own?

Thanks. Appreciate the update.

We just drove in 2 years ago. I don't believe BF was ever planned to be gated.

Brunswick Forest is not gated and will not be. There is presently a connector road to be in effect in the near future and another planned southern connector.
