Don't think you are gonna find one that advertises as such. NC is a big peanut state. Best you can do is ask the MANAGER about peanuts. Would not leave that question and answer up to a summer hire wait staff person. Good Luck.

Off topic but I have a question. Who has the peanut allergy? It seems that I've never met an adult with a peanut allergy.
I've only heard of children with these allergies. Am I correct?

I'd recommend calling a few places ahead...there are a number of restaurants in Corolla and Duck (which is about 20 minutes down the road)...here are a few more family oriented...

Sunset Grille - Home

Home - Tomato Patch OBX Pizzeria

Welcome to Duck Deli

Home Page

I would also recommend asking the hotel staff for their recommendations. If you head toward Kitty Hawk/Manteo etc...there are a number of good family places there as well...not far from Duck is the Black Pelican, which is worth a little bit of drive...

Oceanfront Restaurant Outer Banks | Black Pelican
