LOL; great question, I assume that if a new restaurant such as PF Changs was opening in Greenvilel we'd discuss that in the Development thread, while the service provided in the restaurant is placed within this thread.

Wow I was surprised to see that. I was never really impressed with them though. They always seemed understaffed. Seems likes things are really developing on the edges of city. West by the hospital, North by downtown, and East by the new Walmart. But not so much in the middle or in the South. Outside of these locations nothing seems to be at all stable. And even areas just beyond them are much different.
