I am looking for a 3bdrm rental in Havelock. I am considering Pine Villa Townhouses; however, I saw a thread on the forum stating that the parking lot floods during heavy rains. Can someone please share their opinion or any information about these apartments? Is it a safe neighborhood? Are the apartments clean and free of pests? Any information will be helpful. Thanks.

There are no unsafe neighborhoods in Havelock. But Pinevilla does flood and your neighbors will consist of young Marines and people with HUD vouchers for low income housing. What's your budget for a rental?

Thanks macjr82. My budget is $850 for a 3bdrm rental; however, I was trying to save as much money as possible.

You can rent a newer 3 bedroom townhouse over in Indian Hills for about $800. It's also possible to rent an older home for that much, as well. I'll message you some realtors. Prices are at there peak right now as summer is the prime move season for the military. Also, I'm hearing that if you are working on the base as a civilian you are able to rent a house on base for $800 and that includes all utilities. I'll message you some property managers to assist in your search
