Man, my bill for water, sewer and trash was $280!!! I have one bathroom, there has to be something wrong!

Probably have a leak somewhere....keep in mind your sewer rate is charged by how much water you use...so the charges double when you use more water. You passed some threshold in your water usage that put you in the higher category.
