AS I just mentioned in an edit of my previous comment after you quoted it, it's places like BF and SJP that keep up the confusion, because outside of selling the amenities of their subdivisions, the other thing sale off of is their proximity to Wilmington. If you go to BF's website the header says "Wilmington, NC , Real Estate". No indication that it is a different county or anything. Also,as I said earlier, that 10 minutes to downtown Wilmington can vary widely, and getting to other parts of Wilmington (where the major retail centers are)are even longer and vary even more widely depending on traffic.
