hey! Im Thinking Of Relocation To Wilmington But, Im Not Sure If I Should Rent Or Buy. If I Rent It'll Give Time To See Which Places Are Good, Safe With Good School But, If I Wait Homes Prices Will Go Up. Anyways Please Help Me Some Info. Which Places In Wilmington I Should Definitly Avoid. I'm Looking For A Nice Neighborhood With Home Around $250.

Thanks,
L
