Hi all,
I will be moving to the Southport area this summer. I have a couple questions for the locals!
1. Where is the best place to raise a family? I have 2 kids ages 7 and 9. We thought about Winding River b/c we have a boat but it I am concerned it is not "kid friendly" enough. I want to be in a place where there are many families.
2. Are there any high school teachers out there? More specifically, special education teachers?

Moderator cut: TOS violation solicitation I usually refer people to a website called ReDir It gives you a starting place. Also you may to contact the different schools.

Brunswick County Schools - Brunswick County's Schools

They have just built the Brunswick Academy this year and you may want to start there and they should be able to direct you to the school that can best serve your needs.
