there's an old 2BR for sale on 7th and Red Cross for $35k

a 3/1 on South 6th St for $44k

a 3/1 on North 7th St for $83k

a 2/1 at 9th & Orange for $50k

a 3/1 at 8th & Walnut for $60k

...and I could go on and on. these are just a few of the ~30 or so which show up in the historic district under $100k. Or, as the realtors say, "Just blocks from the Cape Fear River!!"
